How to Delete Your KwenTalk Account Data

If you signed up for KwenTalk using Facebook and would like to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Option 1: Delete Through KwenTalk

1. Log in to your KwenTalk account
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

This will permanently delete:

• Your user profile
• All chat conversations
• All uploaded files and documents
• All chatbot configurations (if applicable)
• All organization data (if you're the owner)

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access your account, please email us at:

Include the following information:

• Your email address associated with the account
• Your Facebook user ID (if available)
• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Data is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Personal information (name, email, profile picture)
• Chat history and conversations
• Uploaded documents and files
• Chatbot configurations and settings
• Usage analytics associated with your account

Data Retention

Please note:

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• We may retain some data for legal compliance purposes (e.g., payment records) as required by law
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained for business purposes
