Sign up, log in, and manage your KwenTalk account.
Quick Start
KwenTalk offers multiple ways to get started: browse as a guest (no signup needed), or create an account with email, Google, or Facebook. When you sign up, you'll choose whether you're a Business Owner (to sell) or a Customer (to browse and buy).
For Customers
How to Browse Without Signing Up
- Visit any business page at
kwentalk.com/b/[business-name]- Example: kwentalk.com/b/treatbox-delish
- Start chatting - a guest session is created automatically
- Your session persists for 7 days across browser sessions
- Note: Guest data is deleted after 30 days of inactivity
How to Create an Account
- Go to
kwentalk.com/register - Choose a method:
- Enter email and password
- Click "Continue with Google"
- Click "Continue with Facebook"
- Accept Terms & Privacy Policy
- Select your role: Customer (to browse/buy)
- Done! You can now save favorites permanently
How to Upgrade from Guest to Registered
- While logged in as guest, look for "Save My Data" prompts
- Click "Create Account"
- Enter: name, email, password
- Accept Terms & Privacy Policy
- All your chats and favorites are preserved!
Tips
- Use Google/Facebook login for faster signup
- Create an account to save favorites permanently
- Guest sessions expire after 7 days of browser inactivity
For Business Owners
How to Sign Up as a Business Owner
- Go to
kwentalk.com/register - Create account with email or OAuth
- Accept Terms & Privacy Policy
- Select role: Business Owner
- Your business is set up automatically:
- Organization created
- 14-day free trial started
- Default chatbot ready to configure

Account Questions
Q: Can I browse without creating an account? A: Yes! Visit any business page and start chatting as a guest. Your session persists for 7 days.
Q: What happens to my guest data after 30 days? A: Inactive guest accounts are automatically deleted. Create a permanent account to save your data forever.
Q: Can I switch from Customer to Business Owner? A: Yes! Go to Settings → Account → "Become a Seller" to upgrade.
Q: Can I use both Google and email login? A: Yes, you can link multiple login methods to one account in Settings.
Security Questions
Q: How do I reset my password? A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and check your email.
Q: Is my data secure? A: Yes, we use Supabase Auth with secure HTTP-only cookies and encryption.
Q: What data is stored for guests? A: Chat history, favorites, and booking info. IP addresses are logged for 7 days for security.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Can't log in with Google/Facebook Solution: Try clearing browser cookies, then retry. Check if the provider is down.
Issue: "Terms not accepted" message Solution: You need to accept our Terms & Privacy Policy. You'll be redirected to do so.
Issue: Guest session expired Solution: Your 7-day session expired. Create an account or start a new guest session.
Issue: "Too many accounts created" Solution: Rate limiting - wait 1 hour or create a permanent account instead.
Mobile App
How to Log In on Mobile
- Open the KwenTalk app
- Tap "Log In"
- Choose a method:
- Enter email and password
- Tap "Continue with Google" (opens in-app browser)
- Tap "Continue with Facebook" (opens in-app browser)
- Complete authentication and return to the app
How to Sign Up on Mobile
- Open the app and tap "Create Account"
- Enter your name, email, and password
- Check the Terms & Privacy Policy checkbox
- Tap "Sign Up"
- Select your role: Business Owner or Customer
Mobile-Specific Tips
- OAuth (Google/Facebook) opens a secure in-app browser
- Your session persists even when closing the app
- Sign out manually to clear your session from the device
