Manage your subscription, view invoices, and make payments.
Quick Start
KwenTalk offers a 14-day free trial when you sign up as a Business Owner. After your trial, upgrade to a paid plan to continue using all features. Pay via GCash or bank transfer—we'll activate your account once we confirm payment.
For Business Owners
How to View Your Current Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- See your plan card showing:
- Current tier (Starter, Pro, or Team)
- Status (Trial, Active, or Expired)
- Next billing date (if active)
- Tap the info icon to see included features
How to Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Tap "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new tier (Starter → Pro → Team)
- Tap "Request Upgrade"
- Wait for approval - we'll review within 24 hours
- Receive invoice via email
- Pay and upload proof (see below)
How to Pay an Invoice
- Open the invoice from Settings → Billing → Recent Invoices
- Note the amount and payment details
- Pay via:
- GCash: Send to our GCash number
- Bank Transfer: Transfer to our BPI account
- Screenshot the receipt
- Upload proof: Tap "Upload Payment Proof" and select the screenshot
- Wait for confirmation - we'll verify within 24 hours
How to Download an Invoice PDF
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Tap an invoice from the list
- Tap "Download PDF"
- PDF opens in your browser/app for saving

FAQ
Q: What happens when my trial ends? A: Your account enters read-only mode. You can still view data but can't create new chats, leads, or products. Pay to restore full access.
Q: How long until my payment is confirmed? A: Usually within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive an email when confirmed.
Q: Can I change plans mid-month? A: Yes! Request an upgrade anytime. You'll pay the prorated difference.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: GCash and bank transfer (BPI). We don't accept credit cards currently.
Q: What if I miss a payment? A: You have a 7-day grace period after your due date. After that, your account goes to read-only mode until payment.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription? A: Contact support to cancel. You'll have access until your current period ends.
Q: Where do I find my invoices? A: Settings → Billing → Recent Invoices. You can view and download PDFs there.
Troubleshooting
Issue: "Subscription expired" message Solution: Your trial or paid period ended. Go to Billing, request an upgrade if needed, and pay the invoice to restore access.
Issue: Payment proof not uploading Solution: Check your internet connection. Images must be under 5MB. Try a smaller screenshot.
Issue: Invoice shows "Under Review" for days Solution: Contact support—your payment may need manual verification.
Issue: Features blocked but I paid Solution: Check if the invoice status is "Paid". If it shows "Under Review", we haven't confirmed yet. Contact support for expedited review.
Issue: Wrong tier after payment Solution: Contact support with your invoice number. We'll fix the tier manually.

How to View Billing on Mobile
- Open the KwenTalk app
- Tap the menu icon (☰)
- Go to Settings → Billing
- See your plan card and recent invoices
How to Pay on Mobile
- Tap an invoice from the billing screen
- Select payment method (GCash or Bank Transfer)
- Pay using your banking app
- Return to KwenTalk and tap "Upload Payment Proof"
- Select your receipt screenshot from photos
- Tap "Submit"
Mobile Tips
- The billing hero card shows your current status at a glance
- Yellow badges mean action needed (like pending invoices)
- Tap the (i) icon on your plan card for feature details
