1. Start with Free Trial
- 14 days free access to any tier

- Cancel anytime — zero commitment
- Auto-upgrades to KwenStart (₱349) if you don't cancel
2. Activate Your Tier
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Start 14-Day Trial" on your chosen plan
- Set up payment method (GCash or Bank Transfer)
- We'll verify within 24 hours
3. Build Your First Chatbot
- Go to Chatbots → Create New
- Choose template (Sales, Support, Booking, etc.)
- Upload your knowledge (PDFs, documents, product catalog)
- Customize greeting message
- Share widget or publish to marketplace

Each tier lets you create multiple chatbots:

Upgrading Your Tier
When to Upgrade
You'll see a notification when you hit limits:
- Creating a 2nd chatbot (but on KwenStart)
- Adding your 51st product (but on KwenStart)
- Adding 11 team members (but on KwenConnect)
How to Upgrade
Web:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new tier
- Submit upgrade request
- Our team reviews within 24 hours
- Pay invoice when sent
- Instant activation
Mobile:
- Tap Settings → Billing
- Tap "Upgrade Plan" button
- Select tier
- Submit
- Same approval & payment flow as web
Prorated Billing
- If you upgrade mid-month, you pay only for remaining days
- Example: Upgrade from KwenStart (₱349) to KwenConnect (₱699) on day 15 = pay ~₱175 for 15 days

Q: Can I use KwenTalk for free? A: Yes — 14-day free trial on any tier. No credit card required.
Q: What happens when I hit my message limit? A: Your chatbots keep running, but they can't send new messages. You'll see an "Upgrade" prompt. Upgrade anytime to restore service.
Q: Can I downgrade my tier? A: Yes. In Settings → Billing, click "Change Plan" and select a lower tier. Takes effect next billing cycle. No refunds for downgrade.
Q: Do you offer annual discounts? A: Yes. Pay for 10 months, get 12 — that's ~17% discount. Available at checkout.
Q: Can I pause my subscription? A: Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Pause Subscription. Paused account doesn't charge. Reactivate anytime.
Q: What if I need more than KwenGrow? A: Contact us for KwenScale (enterprise) pricing. Email sales@kwentalk.com or message us on Messenger.
Q: Is there a setup fee? A: No. You only pay the monthly subscription.
Q: What if I need a custom plan? A: KwenScale tier offers fully customizable pricing for enterprise needs. Contact our sales team.
Q: Can I invite team members on smaller tiers? A: Yes. Each tier has a team member limit:
- KwenStart: 1 (you)
- KwenConnect: 3 (you + 2 others)
- KwenEngage: 10 (you + 9 others)
- KwenGrow: 25 (you + 24 others)
Q: Do I pay per team member or is it included? A: Team members are included in your plan — no per-seat charges.
Q: What's the difference between "AI Messages" and conversations? A: 1 conversation = multiple messages. Example: Customer asks 3 questions = 3 back-and-forths = ~6 AI messages. Your tier's message limit applies.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Trial ended but I don't see upgrade prompt
Solution: Go to Settings → Billing. If your trial expired, click "Subscribe Now" to activate a paid plan.
Issue: Can't add more team members
Solution: You've hit your tier's team limit. Check Settings → Billing for your limit, or upgrade to the next tier for more seats.
Issue: Chatbot stopped responding to messages
Solution: You've likely hit your monthly message limit. Go to Settings → Billing and upgrade to reset your limit.
Issue: Payment failed or invoice is unpaid
Solution: Check Settings → Billing → Recent Invoices. Click the unpaid invoice and update your payment method or try a different payment method (GCash vs Bank Transfer).
