Quick Start
Each KwenTalk business can have multiple AI chatbots for different purposes - sales, support, specific product lines, etc. Configure your chatbot's personality, enable features, and customize its landing page to match your brand.
For Business Owners
How to Create a Chatbot
- Go to Dashboard → AI Assistants
- Click "Create New"
- Enter a name and optional description
- The system auto-creates:
- A unique URL slug (

How to Customize Your Chatbot
- Go to AI Assistants → [Your Chatbot] → Settings
- Update the System Prompt to define personality:
You are Maria, a friendly assistant for Cebu Properties. Your personality: - Warm and welcoming - Knowledgeable about real estate - Patient with first-time buyers - Choose an AI Model:
- Haiku (faster, simpler queries)
- Sonnet (smarter, complex queries)
- Enable/disable tools: Product search, Booking, Lead capture
How to Set Up Your Landing Page
- Go to AI Assistants → [Chatbot] → Landing Page
- Configure sections:
- Hero: headline, tagline, hero image
- About: business description
- Features: key selling points
- Contact: email, phone, address
- Upload images for hero and about sections
- Preview at

How to Get Listed in Marketplace
- Go to AI Assistants → [Chatbot] → Settings
- Select a Category that matches your business
- Enable "Public" visibility
- Requirements to appear:
- Logo uploaded
- At least 1 product added
- Landing page configured

Troubleshooting
Issue: Chatbot not appearing in marketplace Solution: Check that you have: logo uploaded, category selected, "Public" enabled, at least 1 product.
Issue: AI responses don't match my brand voice Solution: Update the System Prompt with more specific personality and tone instructions.
