SME Registration Guide
This guide helps business owners create a KwenTalk account and get started.
Quick Start
KwenTalk uses Magic Link authentication - no password required. Enter your email, click the link we send you, and you're in. The whole process takes less than 2 minutes.
How to Register
Step 1: Go to Registration
Visit any of these to start:
- Click "Get Found Online" on the homepage
- Click "Get Started Free" on the marketplace
- Go directly to kwentalk.com/register
Step 2: Enter Your Email
- Enter your business email address
- Click "Send Magic Link"
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Check your inbox for an email from KwenTalk
- Click the "Sign In" button in the email
- If you don't see it, check your spam folder
Step 4: Accept Terms
- Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Click "Accept & Continue"
Step 5: Choose Your Role
- Select "Business Owner" to access the full dashboard
- This gives you access to AI Assistants, Leads, Bookings, and more
Step 6: Complete Getting Started
After registration, you'll see a "Getting Started" checklist:
- Create your first AI Assistant - Set up your chatbot
- Add business information - Name, hours, contact details
- Add products/services - What you offer
- Test your chatbot - Try it yourself
- Share with customers - Get your embed code
How to Log In
Already have an account? Logging in works the same way:
- Go to kwentalk.com/login
- Enter your email address
- Click "Send Magic Link"
- Check your email and click the link
Social Login
You can also sign in with:
- Google - Click "Google" button
- Facebook - Click "Facebook" button
These options appear below the email form.
FAQ
Why Magic Link instead of password?
Magic Link is more secure and convenient:
- No password to remember or reset
- Each link is unique and expires
- No risk of password reuse or weak passwords
How long is the Magic Link valid?
The link expires after 24 hours. Request a new one if it expires.
Can I change my email later?
Contact support to change your account email address.
What if I selected the wrong role?
Contact support to switch between Business Owner and Customer roles.
Troubleshooting
Issue: I didn't receive the Magic Link email Solution:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait 2-3 minutes and check again
- Make sure you typed your email correctly
- Try requesting a new link
Issue: The Magic Link expired Solution: Go back to the login/register page and request a new link.
Issue: I'm redirected to login instead of registration confirmation Solution: This shouldn't happen. Clear your browser cache and try again.
