Quick Start
Lead Agent uses AI to detect when chat visitors show buying interest and automatically captures them as leads. It then sends personalized follow-up messages to convert them into customers - all without any manual work.
Lead Agent is included in all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Team).

- Chat normally - Ask questions about products, services, or pricing

How to Enable Lead Agent
- Go to Dashboard > AI Assistants
- Select your chatbot
- Click Settings > Lead Agent
- Toggle Enable Lead Agent ON
- Select your Industry Type
- Choose a Follow-up Mode

How to View Leads
- Go to Dashboard > Leads
- Filter by status: New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Lost
- Click a lead to view details and conversation history
- Update status manually if needed
How to Set Up CRM Webhooks
- Go to Organization Settings > Integrations
- Enable CRM Webhook
- Enter your webhook URL
- Select which events to receive
- Test the connection
How It Works
Lead Qualification (BANT Framework)
The AI evaluates leads based on:

Lead Scores

Consent & Compliance
The AI asks for consent before sending follow-ups:
- "Would you like me to follow up if we don't hear back?"
- Consent recorded with timestamp for GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance
- Customers can reply "STOP" to unsubscribe immediately
Engagement Decay
Prevents spam by limiting follow-up attempts:
- Default: 3 attempts max (configurable)
- Lead marked as "lost" after max attempts with no response
- Counter resets if customer responds
Auto-Conversion
When a lead creates a booking:
- Status automatically changes to Converted
- Score set to 100
- Follow-ups stop (no need to chase converted leads)

Common Questions
Q: Is Lead Agent included in my plan? A: Yes, Lead Agent is included in all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Team).
Q: How many leads can I capture? A: Unlimited leads on all paid plans.
Q: Can I customize follow-up messages? A: The AI generates contextual messages based on conversation history. You can set follow-up timing with Custom mode.
Q: Will leads get spammed with messages? A: No. The AI asks for consent first, sends a maximum of 3 follow-ups (configurable), and stops immediately when they convert or reply "STOP".
Q: Can I connect to my CRM? A: Yes, use webhooks to send lead events to any CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
Troubleshooting
Issue: Leads aren't being captured Solution: Check that Lead Agent is enabled for the specific chatbot in Settings > Lead Agent.
Issue: Follow-ups aren't being sent Solution: Verify Follow-up Mode isn't set to "Disabled". Check the lead has a valid next_follow_up_at date in the Leads dashboard.
Issue: Webhooks failing Solution: Go to Organization > Integrations and check Webhook Logs for error messages. Verify your endpoint is accessible and returns 200 OK.

- Access leads from the bottom navigation bar
- Amber badge shows count of new leads
- Tap a lead to view details and update status

- Enable/disable and select industry type
