Quick Start
The KwenTalk Marketplace is a directory of businesses that use KwenTalk for customer service. Browse by category, save your favorites, and chat with any business directly through their AI assistant.
For Customers
Browsing the Marketplace
On Web (kwentalk.com/marketplace):
- View all businesses in an alphabetical grid
- Use the category sidebar (desktop) or chips (mobile) to filter
- Click the A-Z sidebar on the right to jump to a letter
- Click any business card to visit their page
On Mobile App:
- Tap the Marketplace tab in the bottom navigation
- Use the search bar to find businesses by name
- Tap category chips to filter by industry
- Tap the filter icon for more options
- Tap the sort icon to change ordering
Saving Favorites
- Hover over a business card (desktop) or tap the star icon
- If not signed in, you'll be prompted to log in
- Find all your favorites at
/favoritesor in the bottom nav
Contacting a Business
- Click/tap a business card
- You'll see their landing page with services and products
- Click "Chat Now" to start a conversation
- The AI assistant responds instantly 24/7
For Business Owners
Getting Listed in the Marketplace
- Sign in to your KwenTalk dashboard
- Go to Chatbot Settings
- Select a Category that matches your business
- Enable "Public" visibility
- Your business appears in the marketplace immediately

Pick the category that best describes your primary service:

- Write a clear tagline - Describe what you do in one sentence

For Customers
Q: Do I need an account to browse? A: No, the marketplace is public. You only need to sign in to save favorites.
Q: Is the chat response from a real person? A: It's an AI assistant trained by the business. For complex inquiries, you may be connected to a human.
Q: How do I report a business? A: Contact support@kwentalk.com with details.
For Business Owners
Q: How long until I appear in the marketplace? A: Immediately after enabling public visibility and selecting a category.
Q: Can I be in multiple categories? A: Currently, you can select one primary category. This may change in the future.
Q: Do I need a paid plan to be listed? A: Any active KwenTalk account can be listed in the marketplace.
Troubleshooting
Issue: My business doesn't appear in the marketplace Solution: Check that:
- You've selected a category in Chatbot Settings
- "Public" visibility is enabled
- Your chatbot is active (not paused)
Issue: I can't save favorites Solution: Make sure you're signed in. Guest users cannot save favorites.
Issue: Category filter shows no businesses Solution: Some categories may not have listings yet. Try "All Categories".
